woke up on the floor in sitting room of my nans house sweating, it was hot. My sister in law woke up said- she its not just menopause and rushed - we have to get out of here. I couldn't walk, a force trying to pull be bac. I turn and look & see a bright blue light coming from my nan's old bedroom and this otherworldly woman slowly floating through. very thin face and structure, with white skin, and white long hair floating b'c of all the energy, long gauzy gown.... My sister-in-law gets more urgent and says we have to move now she's behind me pushing me forward through Manan's house to the front door. We get to the front door. She pushes my hand to push the screen door open and we get to the edge of the yard and I turn around and wonder if the woman's gonna be able to leave the house and come after us or was she trapped? The door automatically opens and she comes through and she stands on the porch looking at us she looks vicious and she opens her mouth and lets out an almighty roar and all of these birds come flying out overhead, and my sister-in-law says we have to go go now move and she somewhat picks me up and vertical and we get to the edge of the yard and there are these really tall Wheatsheaf like grasses that are at least 8 feet tall and 10 foot deep and we're kind of half going through them and half floating above them and then all of a sudden in this other worldly woman is coming up very fast but floating above everything and comes around the side and then in front of us and she starts looking at us and I'm trying to get out a prayer to start praying and every time I try to open my mouth to try to pray like I have molasses and I'm stuttering but I finally start praying they our father and then she disappears and that scene of the dream ends and my sister-in-law goes. I'm not out of the woods yet and then we're in New York City and this other person is after us a man specifically after me there after me and a man very good looking naked has like angels wings coming out but not fully from his shoulder blades very oiled and he comes and is kind of mocking is where do you think you're going and he puts his hands on me? Feels like to suck the energy out of me and I turn put my hands on his head in his face and I start invoking Yeshua and when that's not working, I scream with the power of faith running through me yell /scream yahuah and then Yahusha!!!! And all of this energy and white light comes out of me and starts burning up this mans head and then I wake
Dreams can often be rich in symbolism and emotions, reflecting our subconscious thoughts, fears, and experiences. Let's break down some key elements of your dream:
Setting in Your Nan's House: This location could symbolize nostalgia or a place of comfort, but also might represent feelings of being trapped or connected to your past. Your nan's house could hold memories and emotions tied to family, tradition, or unresolved issues.
Sweating and Heat: This element often conveys anxiety, urgency, or a sense of being overwhelmed by the environment or emotions. It could suggest that you're feeling pressure in your waking life.
The Otherworldly Woman: The appearance of a thin, ethereal woman with a bright blue light may symbolize an embodiment of fear, confusion, or perhaps a phase of transition in your life. It could also represent a maternal archetype or an ancestral presence. Her "vicious" nature could indicate feelings of being threatened by aspects of your past or family legacy.
Your Sister-in-law's Urgency: This figure may represent support or a protective instinct in your life. Her pushing you forward could point to a need to move away from past influences or harmful situations.
The Journey Through the House: Moving through the house could symbolize your personal journey through your family history, and the struggle to leave behind outdated beliefs, trauma, or obligations.
The Roar and the Birds: The roar of the woman and the birds can symbolize the release of pent-up emotions or fears. Birds often represent freedom, so their flight may suggest a yearning to escape or liberate yourself from past burdens.
Tall Grasses: These could represent obstacles or challenges you encounter in life, suggesting you feel overwhelmed, yet there is also a sense of movement and buoyancy, indicating a possible transcendence over these issues.
The Naked Man with Wings: This figure may reflect a seductive temptation or a fear of vulnerability. His angelic attributes could conflate ideals of beauty with danger, suggesting struggles with boundaries or personal integrity.
Invoking Spiritual Figures: Turning to figures like Yeshua (Jesus) and invoking powerful names signifies a search for strength, protection, and healing. Your plea for help indicates a desire to confront and overcome challenges with a strong sense of faith.
Ending with Power: The transformation into white light and the act of burning away negativity represents victory over fears or oppressive forces in your life.
In summary, this dream appears to be a vivid exploration of personal fears, the influence of family legacy, a struggle for independence, and a quest for spiritual empowerment. It reflects a deep inner conflict and a strong desire to overcome past challenges, ultimately seeking liberation and strength in your faith or spiritual beliefs. If certain feelings or motifs resonate with you personally in your waking life, they might hold deeper significance that you can explore as part of your self-reflection journey.
